-Purchasing is a critically important and specialized activity in manufacturing companies. Materials account for a considerable portion of production cost. hence, it is fundamentally important to ensure that the function of purchasing materials is performed effectively, efficiently, and economically. -A Material certificate is a certificate issued by an authority which is independent of manufacturing and is validated by the manufacturers authorized inspection representative, it validates technical parameters such as chemical, mechanical, or other physical attributes, manufacturing processes, heat treatment information, testing findings, or conformance with a set of international or local standards. |
